Booking instructions

1. In the table below, click your preferred start time on the grid.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the table and you will see both the seat/space and the start and end times listed.
3. Click 'Submit Times'
4. Fill in the form to confirm your booking.

The RGO Library & Learning Commons has 14 project rooms available for booking on the first and second floors. All rooms on the second floor have monitors that can be connected to laptops and/or whiteboards to support collaborative group work.

• One group may book a maximum of 2 hours in one day.
• Do not use more than one individual account to book more than 2 hours per day.
• Please review project room use guidelines and expectations before booking your room.
