- In the table below, click your preferred start time on the grid.
- Scroll to the bottom of the table and you will see both the seat/space and the start and end times listed.
- Click 'Submit Times'
- Fill in the form to confirm your booking.
- Check your email for a confirmation email with a check-in code. Enter this code when you have arrived on-campus to use the reserved seat/space.
The Print/Copy station is available for 30-minute bookings, with a maximum of one booking per day.
Print jobs can be sent in advance. Read the instructions in the library's online guide before booking and visiting the library on-campus.
Computer Station CS2-24 is available next to the Print/Copy station for printing from a USB.
You must confirm your booking by email. After you submit a booking, you will receive an email to your mybvc email. Open the email and click the link within 30 minutes to confirm the booking. If you do not confirm, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
You must request a student ID card to show to Campus Security. After submitting your request, you will receive a PDF file containing a temporary ID. You can use this to access the campus until your proper ID arrives in the mail.
