The RGO Library & Learning Commons (LLC) has 13 project rooms: 12 on the 2nd floor and 1 on the 1st floor (see this map for locations). All 2nd floor rooms have TV monitors that can be connected to laptops. To book a project room:

  1. Select the day on the left side.
  2. Choose an available room and time slot in the calendar below.
  3. Fill in the form with your name and student (mybvc, uleth, or oldscollege) email.
  4. Login to your student (mybvculeth, or oldscollegeaccount and open the confirmation email. You MUST confirm your booking this way.

NOTE: You may book a maximum of 2 hours in one day. Bookings may be made up to 2 weeks in advance. Open this guide for illustrated step-by-step instructions. For more help, contact the LLC.
